Powerload, LLC provides a technology platform for transport and logistics businesses and professionals, including, depending on the subscribed plan, TMS functions, loads and trips, drivers, vehicles, documents, invoicing, communications, automation, integrations and freight marketplace features.

Providing the platform, TMS or freight marketplace does not by itself make Powerload, LLC the carrier, shipper, freight forwarder, transport operator or a party to a transport contract between users, unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific transaction.

POWER LOAD SL is a separate legal entity from Powerload, LLC and separately carries out actual transport operations in Spain, directly or through its relevant collaborators. Each entity is responsible only for services contracted or provided in its own name.

Public website information is provided for general information and may be updated to reflect service changes.

3. Access and use
