Powerload uses strictly necessary technologies to make the website work. Analytics, preferences and support, and marketing are activated only if you accept them.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files a website can store on a device. We also use browser local storage and third-party tags that serve the same kind of purpose.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Choice required? |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Session, security, authentication, abuse protection (including reCAPTCHA on forms that use it) and core site operation. | No. They stay on. |
| Preferences and support | Optional support chat. Public marketing and sign-in pages use Tidio. Some informational pages use Tawk.to. The two chats are never loaded together. | Yes. |
| Analytics | Measure usage and performance. Depending on the page this is Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, or both, and only if you accept this category. | Yes. |
| Marketing | Advertising, for example Google AdSense, only on pages that are configured to show it. | Yes. |
3. Technologies identified in Powerload
| Technology | Provider | Category | When it loads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session and CSRF protection | Powerload | Necessary | Always, for the session or the equivalent technical period. |
| reCAPTCHA | Necessary | On forms that use it. It does not depend on optional consent, because it protects the site against abuse. | |
| powerload_cookie_consent_v1 | Powerload | Necessary | Browser local storage, not a cookie. It stores your choice (version 2026-09-29) until you change it, delete it, or we renew that version. |
| Google Tag Manager (GTM-MDTJS28H) | Analytics or marketing | Only if you accept analytics or marketing, and only on pages that use this container. | |
| Google Analytics 4 (G-CHXFHFH6CM) | Analytics | Only if you accept analytics, on pages that use this tag. | |
| Google AdSense | Marketing | Only if you accept marketing, on pages that show advertising. | |
| Tidio | Tidio | Preferences and support | Only if you accept preferences, on marketing or sign-in pages. |
| Tawk.to | Tawk.to | Preferences and support | Only if you accept preferences, on pages that use this chat. |
4. How consent works
On your first visit you can accept the optional categories, reject them or set them separately. Rejecting them does not block essential site features.
Before any optional tag loads, the site tells Google that analytics and advertising are denied. If you accept a category, that signal is updated and only then are the tools in that category loaded.
You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. If you withdraw a permission you had already granted, the page reloads so scripts that were already loaded are removed.
The choice is stored in local storage. If you clear it, or if we publish a new consent version, we will ask again. Visitors who do not run JavaScript do not receive optional tags, because they cannot record a choice.
5. Third-party providers
Some technologies are provided by third parties and their names or duration may change as those providers update their services. Powerload will review this policy when material changes occur.
Each third party’s processing may also be subject to its own privacy policy.
6. Browser settings
In addition to our consent manager, you can block or delete cookies through your browser. If you clear the site’s local storage or cookies, we may ask for your preferences again.
7. Updates
This policy may be updated when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The current version date is shown on this page.
